As a Financial Controller at Quadrum Capital, you will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and improving the financial administration and reporting of both Quadrum Capital and its investment funds. You will work closely with the finance team and investment teams, and act as the primary contact for external stakeholders such as auditors, regulators, banks, and investors.

This is a versatile and highly responsible position with a significant degree of complexity, where you will play a key role for both internal and external stakeholders.

Below is an overview of your core responsibilities:

Financial Administration – Quadrum Capital

  • Coordinate and execute the administration of various entities
  • Prepare, analyze, and explain monthly and quarterly reports, including budget monitoring and performance analysis
  • Manage investments and participations of Quadrum Capital and its shareholders
  • Prepare annual financial statements for Quadrum Capital and shareholder entities
  • Prepare multi-year budgets and forecasts

Fund Accounting – Investment Funds

  • Execute and coordinate the financial administration of investment funds (AFM-regulated)
  • Prepare quarterly investor reports
  • Maintain contact with external regulators and parties (including auditors, the fund custodian, DNB, and AFM)
  • Prepare statutory annual financial statements and coordinate the audit process with external accountants
  • Responsible for cash flow management of the investment funds

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with colleagues from the finance and investment teams
  • Present and explain financial reports, forecasts, and risks to Quadrum Capital’s financial management
  • Act as the point of contact for external stakeholders, including auditors, the custodian, DNB, AFM, banks, tax advisors, and investors

Your Profile

  • Master’s level education (WO)
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in accountancy or as a financial controller, preferably with exposure to investment structures, private equity, or fund accounting
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical, accurate, proactive, and hands-on working style
  • Integrity, independence, flexibility, and an entrepreneurial, team-oriented mindse
  • Available for 40 hours per week and flexible during peak periods or reporting deadlines
