Founded in 2012, Quadrum has grown rapidly in recent years and now consists of a team of more than 25 professionals. In 2022, Quadrum launched two new funds: Quadrum Investment Fund IV and an Evergreen fund. Capital is provided by 200+ (former) entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial families connected to Quadrum. This strong investor base provides the additional advantage of an extensive network of sector experts and allows for greater flexibility in deal types (in terms of size, type, sector, or transaction structuring).

Quadrum Capital’s approach is centered on achieving growth ambitions and creating long-term value. To this end, Quadrum contributes expertise, capital, networks, and strategic and organizational support, working closely with the management teams of its portfolio companies. The broad portfolio consists of mid-market investments with a strong focus on IT, Tech, Human Capital, Healthcare, and the Packaging Industry.

What we offer
An internship at Quadrum is the perfect opportunity to gain firsthand experience of what it means to work in private equity. As an intern, you will be actively involved in both the investment process and portfolio management. You will work as a full member of the investment team and take on real responsibilities. This means you will be exposed to all aspects of the role: from market analyses to financial modeling, and from deal sourcing to portfolio management. You will be based at our conveniently located office in Woerden (right across from the train station).

Your profile
You are a Master’s student in the final stage of your studies.

You have a strong interest in finance and/or private equity.

You recognize yourself in the Quadrum DNA: entrepreneurial, proactive, socially skilled, and down-to-earth.

Previous (internship) experience in (corporate) finance or consulting is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Fluent in both Dutch and English.

Additional information
The start date and duration of your internship will be determined in consultation. Typically, we ask interns for a commitment of four to six months. We are continuously looking for new interns.
