Rob Lanen (CFO @ Interstellar) shared the lessons he previously gained at Randstad and bol, and now applies at Interstellar, where 15 acquisitions have been brought together into one strategic portfolio. His message: data and forecasting are the key to staying agile in times of rapid growth and change.

Gerjon Kunst (CTO @ RawWorks) provided insights into developments around AI. Many organizations still lack a clear strategy or concrete use cases. His advice: tightly align AI with business strategy and measurable KPIs, make use of existing AI platforms, and start with back-office automation.

Pieter de Graaf (Data Platform Architect @ Den of Data) demonstrated how a data platform helps CFOs steer faster and smarter. From real-time performance dashboards to automated reporting – start small, but think big. Data-driven working means continuous improvement based on analysis.
