On July 4th, we organized our first HR event, in collaboration with our portfolio company Management Drives. HR professionals from various portfolio companies gathered for an inspiring afternoon of knowledge sharing, exchange, and a sailing clinic. It was the perfect way to connect professionals from our network of porfolio companies.

After completing the MD questionnaire, participants immediately received insights into their leadership profile. The power of MD? Making visible what truly drives people and teams – and how this contributes to effective leadership.

At Team Heiner in Lelystad, former Olympic sailor Roy Heiner shared his vision on team effectiveness under pressure. Afterwards, participants experienced it firsthand during an intensive sailing clinic: setting course, collaborating, and adapting quickly – with real-time reflection from MD consultants on board.
