Floor Rienks joined Quadrum Capital as Operations Director on 1 August. In this new role, she works closely with the Investment Team and the management teams of our portfolio companies to support their growth and operational development.

The appointment reflects Quadrum’s continued development as an active investor. In addition to providing capital, Quadrum supports entrepreneurs and management teams on strategic and operational matters that contribute to the further development of their businesses. With Floor joining the team, Quadrum strengthens its expertise and capacity in this area.

As Operations Director, Floor focuses on areas including strategy, business processes, organisational development and operational performance. Working alongside the Investment Team and management teams, she identifies opportunities for improvement and growth and supports their implementation.

Floor brings extensive experience in strategy and transformation. She previously worked at bol, JDE Peet’s and McKinsey & Company. She combines her experience at large international organisations with a pragmatic, entrepreneurial and hands-on approach that closely aligns with Quadrum’s culture.
