On June 24, 2025, our subsidiary LensOnline merged with the Swiss company Vision Group. This merger creates one of the largest online contact lens retailers in Europe.

Contact lens retailer LensOnline has been serving customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Italy through more than 250 partner opticians since 2004. Industry peer Vision Group is the market leader in Switzerland. This merger enables both parties to serve even more European contact lens wearers with an ideal mix of online convenience and personalized advice.
