Quadrum Capital supports merger of IT service providers Avit Group and Wingmen

Quadrum Capital strengthens its position in the IT sector. The Dutch Avit Group, network integrator and managed service provider, and the Danish company Wingmen are joining forces with investor support of Quadrum Capital. The partnership marks an important step in the ambition of both parties to build a specialized network of Cisco Gold certified integrators and managed service providers in Europe.

Almelo 4 January 2022 - Quadrum Capital strengthens its position in the IT sector. The Dutch Avit Group, network integrator and managed service provider, and the Danish company Wingmen are joining forces with investor support of Quadrum Capital. The partnership marks an important step in the ambition of both parties to build a specialized network of Cisco Gold certified integrators and managed service providers in Europe.

Important step in realizing growth ambitions Avit has invested in new products and services in recent years, further strengthening its position as a Cisco and Microsoft Gold Partner. Recently, Avit has shaped its international ambitions with Avit International and Avit Belgium, and offices have been opened in the United States and Asia to further expand the 24/7 follow-the-sun managed services. The merger with Wingmen marks a very important step in the further realisation of a European platform. In total, both organizations have approximately 250 Cisco and Microsoft certified specialists and software developers. In 2021, the combined turnover of Avit and Wingmen is over 100 million euros.
