Siebert & Wassink and Ventiv Engineers accelerate growth with investor Quadrum Capital

Ventiv Engineers supports and unburdens innovative and industrial organisations with technical issues by project-based deployment of highly trained technical professionals. Because of its distinctive approach, own culture and focus on the development of engineers, Ventiv Engineers has grown strongly in recent years.

The arrival of Quadrum Capital gives Siebert & Wassink and Ventiv Engineers an entrepreneurial partner to help realise their growth ambitions.

The current shareholders, including Managing Director Tom Kleizen and founders Johan Siebert and Joris Wassink, will remain shareholders in the group. In addition, Thijs Winkel (Commercial Manager S&W), Martijn Baas (Branch Manager Ventiv Hengelo) and Bart te Focht (Branch Manager Ventiv Arnhem) also join as partners within the organisations.
